Return and Refund Policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Our team at Little Plumkins would like to thank you for your purchase and for supporting our small family business. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept two types of returns: Return of unwanted goods and return of faulty goods.

 

For unwanted goods, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods in their original form, and you must pay for delivery. We will then refund the full value of those goods. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. 

For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • All baby mobile must be returned unused and in the original packaging. All of our products are quality checked and prior to posting. However, we understand that  on occasion we may miss something. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your baby mobile for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

  • Our prints must be returned unmarked and unused in the original protective tube packaging. Our prints are examined and quality checked prior to posting. However, we understand that on occasion we may miss something. If you are not completely satisfied with your prints for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email designs@littleplumkins.com to notify us of the reason for your return. We will then acknowledge receipt of your return request. At that stage, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. If you paid via credit card, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
